SALON POLICIES


Arrival

It is the clients responsibility to be on time to an appointment. Clients are expected to arrive either at the scheduled time of the appointment or up to 5 minutes before. If a client will be late, it is up to them to reach out to the salon.

Upon arrival all clients are expected to stay in their car and text/call the salon number of their arrival. Clients are asked to remain in their car until notified as we are a 1 person salon only and cannot have other clients waiting inside.

Any arrival after the scheduled appointment time may result in an abbreviated service, at the full price. Any arrival after 15 minutes will be considered a no show, as the appointment slots are only 30 minutes.


no-show policy

A failure to arrive to the scheduled appointment without a written cancellation is considered a “no-show”. Or any arrival after 15 minutes.

No-Show’s will result in a charge of the full price of the scheduled service. If a credit card is on file, the cost will be pulled same day.

The No-Show charge is due in full before you can schedule your next appointment.


CANCELLATION

We require 24 hour cancellation notice via text message or email. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a cancellation charge equal to 50% of your scheduled service. If you do not notify us at all, it will be viewed as a “no-show” and handled as such. If you have a card on file, the cancellation charge will be pulled that same day.

The Cancellation charge is due in full before you can schedule your next appointment.

Due to the nature of the service, we do not permit any animals, children or extra guests in your appointments.
